Story Time
Our regular story time for pre-school children takes place eve-
ry Tuesday afternoon from 2.15 – 2.45pm. Do come along for
half an hour of stories and fun.

The Great Fen Spitfire Film Wednesday 18

October at 2pm.
Join us for a showing of the DVD filmed during the excavation
of a Mark 1 Spitfire which crashed in the Great Fen in
1940. This amazing project includes a memorial ceremony, and
interviews with the pilot’s family and two friends who wit-
nessed the crash. This is a free event; tickets are available from
the library.
Knit-Lit
Friday 13th and 27th at 8pm. All knitters are welcome, young
or old, beginner or experts!

Shoebox Coffee Morning for
Operation Christmas Child
A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to
this. A grand total of £200 was raised for the shoe-
box appeal. It was a wonderful achievement so
thank you all again.
