Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme

Huntingdon Group March 2017

There are 10 Wednesday-afternoon/ Friday-morning health

walks this month, which include the `Buckden Village' walk on

the 22nd starting at the Village Hall Car Park at 2pm, and a new

`Buckden Marina' walk on the 31st at 10am, starting from the

car park there.

Health walks are of 45 to 80 minutes' duration, easy-paced and

risk-assessed.

Good weatherproof footwear and clothing are recommended

to match March's unpredictable weather/ground conditions,

and it's also a good idea to carry a bottle of drinking water.

We look forward to you sharing the healthy benefits of walking

with us, usually followed by a hot `cuppa', if required. Walk-

ing'n'talking together is a very therapeutic and `fun' activity,

whatever the weather.

For more information, please check out the website**, or

'phone Doug Finlayson on 01480 387047.
