Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme
Huntingdon Group March 2017
There are 7 Wednesday-afternoon/ Friday-morning health
walks this month, but there will no be a walk on (Good) Friday
the 14th. Unfortunately, none of this month's walks starts in
the village, a rare occurrence.
Health walks are of 45 to 80 minutes' duration, easy-paced and
risk-assessed.
The almost-inevitable "April showers" will be a reminder to
equip ourselves with good weatherproof footwear and cloth-
ing. All being well, the milder weather will encourage us to al-
ways carry a bottle of drinking water.
We look forward to you sharing the healthy benefits of walking
with us, usually followed by a hot `cuppa', if required. Walk-
ing'n'talking together is a very therapeutic and `fun' activity,
whatever the weather. Why not come and join us?

MONDAY CLUB
We are a social group of retired ladies who meet fortnightly
at 2.30pm in the Millard Room at Buckden Village Hall.
We enjoy a cup of tea as we chat and participate in a raffle.
Once a month we aim to organise a speaker or activity.
