This month we have a Jivenites Weekender, Cruse Bereavement Training, a kid’s party, a wedding reception and

several business meetings amongst our regular hirers.

New Sign Language class starts this month

An Introduction to Sign Language course is due to start in the Aragon Room from 3

rd

April 2017. It is a 10 week

course (excluding bank holidays) running Monday evenings 7pm – 9pm and is a fun, informal class. It is designed

for hearing people to learn finger spelling and basic conversation. If anyone is interested in finding out more

BECOME A COMMUNITY CYBER AMBASSADOR

Cybercrime is one of the fastest rising crime types did you know 80% of cybercrime is easily preventable. Cam-

bridgeshire Constabulary are seeking representatives from community groups.

As an ambassador you would use your enthusiasm and commitment to raise awareness within your community

group around the different types of cybercrime and assist in promoting prevention advice to your local area. Ambas-

sadors are not expected to have an in depth knowledge of technology but an interest in learning more about cyber-

crime and an enthusiasm to promote the latest cyber prevention advice within in community group.

Cyber Ambassadors are asked to commit to delivering a minimum of two awareness events a year to their communi-

ty group to help Cambridgeshire Constabulary to increase awareness around the county.
