Huntingdonshire Health Walk Group

The 'Hunts' Group's regular walks are on Wednes-

day afternoons and Friday mornings throughout the

year, only stopping for 2 weeks over the Christmas

period. Health Walk booklets can be found in the

Library, Buckden Surgery or the Marina. You will

see that other Huntingdonshire walks start at differ-

ent venues, although we may only highlight walks

starting from the Village Hall.

This coming month, starting at the Village Hall Car

Park at 9.50am for 10am on Friday 5th, we shall

walk the Buckden Ramble, normally a 45-50 minute

walk. Tea/coffee in the Hall afterwards.

On Friday 26th, there is the Grafham/Perry Walk,

which starts at the Wheatsheaf Pub Car Park at

Perry at 9.50am for 10am; usually a 55-60min.

walk, with a refreshment break in the pub after-

wards.

Even in the warmer weather, firm footwear is still a

very good idea wherever you walk, as is carrying a

bottle of water to avoid dehydration.

For further information, please contact the HDC

Sports Development Officer, Danielle Sancaster, on
