The Peppercorn Academy entertained us last meeting and this was truly lovely, we will have them again, some-

By the end of March, we shall have had an evening directed by a team from the Diocese of Ely
who are experienced in working with children and adults who for a variety of reasons are
"vulnerable." This will not have been an OpenMeeting but arranged specifically for members of
the Friends in Deed team who have invited representatives from other, like-minded groups. It is
good for us tohave this information, though someof it maywell have been harrowing.
On amore cheerful note, we shall have hosted anOpenMeeting whereMrs. Pam Fraser from Age UKwill have
talked about Advocacy. We hope several Roundabout readers will have attended. We should value feedback on
our change of time from anevening toan afternoonmeeting.
Our "Sociability" almost needs no advertising. Themonthly "Drop in for a cup of tea and a chat" [to say nothing of
freshly baked cakes] is proving very popular. This runs on the firstWednesday of each month, from 2.30 to 4.00
in The Living StonesRoom in St. Mary's Church. You do not have to be there for thewhole one and a half hours,
you really can just "drop in" andwe can provide transport if you giveus sufficient warning.
Next to visiting, transport is still the most frequent form of help we are asked for. So far, we have been able to
honour every request. Thenumbers to remember are:
