          things beginning with 'O'. You have been so
        
        
          inventive in the things you have bought for
        
        
          previous evenings and we have raised quite a
        
        
          bit of funds for our social events.
        
        
          As always visitors are welcome and trips are

          We are now receiving a large number of letters
        
        
          from abroad, particularly from people who have left
        
        
          the village and emigrated. Please take a look at
        
        
          the letters page and the blog on the bottom of the
        
        
          home page, as many ex-villagers want to make
        
        
          contact with former friends and residents in the
        
        
          village.
        
        
          Clubs and Societies please remember that you can
        
        
          publicise your events for the remainder of the year.
        
        
          We can store multiple events in the calendar which
        
        
          are then displayed on the right hand side of the
        
        
          home page.
        
        
          It’s a great way of making sure that people don’t
        
        
          forget the date and time of your meetings and also
        
        
          to let potential new members know about you.
