Buckden Tennis Club
If you would like to join the tennis club now is the perfect time. We welcome people of all ages and abilities, whether you are
an experienced player, want to get back into tennis or just fancy taking up the game!
We have 4 all-weather hard-courts, open 7 days a week, all year round, each with floodlighting to county standard. We have a
packed schedule of club tournaments throughout the summer, warming up gently with a Tea Tournament on 20th May. We
also have mens, ladies and mixed teams competing in Hunts & Peterborough and Cambridgeshire Summer Leagues. We had a
very successful season last year with promotions for Mixed 1, Mens 1 & 2 and Ladies 1 & 2 Teams. We are always looking for
new team members so please let us know if you're interested in joining us.
Social Play, which is a great way to meet up with other members, takes place on Saturdays and Sundays mornings and Wednes-
day evenings. All members are welcome – no one is left out. The courts are free to members to use at other times if they wish
to arrange their own games.
For those looking to brush up their skills or learn new techniques, LTA licensed coaching is available for adults and juniors
through Over and In. Please contact our coach Matt Sanders (matt@overandin.com). Coaching is available on 1:1 basis and
group sessions can also be arranged.
