In May we have a Buckden Junior Football Club presentation, Wedding Reception and the Buckden Wine
Show taking place among our regular activities.
By the time this goes to print we should have new security lights at the main entrance of the Hall.
The 5-a-side area has been fenced using Trust funds, the proceeds of the Buckden4Business Christmas
Lights Raffle and a generous donation from the Parish Council. It is now available for use and we look for-
ward to seeing people making good use of it!
The Village Hall Trust is looking for a new Chairperson to take the reins once our current Chair stands
down in July. If anyone is interested in taking this position then please call me on 811101 or email me

The business model for the Trust remains fragile and challenges include how to grow revenue and how to build
funds for future expenses which are inevitable given the age of the building.
