fortnightly at 2.30pm in the Millard Room at Buck-

a raffle. Once a month we aim to organise a speak-

er or activity.

Our meetings for March 2016 will be:

Monday 7

th

February: talk and slides by Ann Scott

entitled ‘Kenyan Pot-Pourri’

Monday 21

st

March: Tea, chat and quiz (and Simnel

cake)

Why not come and join us? You’d be most wel-

come! If you require a lift or any further information

please contact Jane Scott on 811468 or Betty Mil-

lard on 810087.

Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme

Huntingdon Group March 2016

The group is "walking for health", pleasure, compan-

ionship.....and fun! We walk at a leisurely pace for

about an hour, slightly stimulating our breathing and

circulation, and enhancing the "feel-good" factor!

Routes are safe and varied and start/finish where nor-

mally there is safe parking, refreshment and toilet fa-

cilities. Two trained leaders, carrying first Aid material,

walk with the group. "Sensible" clothing and footwear

are important.

On Wednesday March 2nd, the "Diddington Doddle"

walkers depart from the (Buckden) Village Hall car

park at 2pm. If you come to this walk, you will be giv-

en our brochure detailing the other seven Huntingdon

Group walks in March. The Hall and Library also hold

copies of the brochure, if you would like to pick one

up.
