Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme

Huntingdon Group June 2017

There are 9 Wednesday-afternoon/ Friday-morning health

walks in June, and 3 of them of them start at the Village Hall

Car Park -- those at 2pm on the 7th, and at 10am on the 16th

and the 30th.

Health walks are of 45-80 minutes' duration. You walk at your

own pace but with the added benefit of being with other walk-

ers and trained walk leaders.

Due to our unpredictable climate, weather-proof clothing and

sturdy shoes are a `must'; carrying a bottle of water is also rec-

ommended.

There's usually a chance to relax and chat with fellow walkers

over a `cuppa' after a walk. The `walk'n'talk' offers us a refresh-

ing, healthy and `fun' experience -- your company will be most

welcome.

Further information is on the website**, or feel free to 'phone

Doug Finlayson on 01480 387047.
