Buckden Junior Football Club Needs Volunteers For
Committee Roles
We are searching for volunteers for the following positions on
the Club Committee:
Charter Standard Representative
The role includes making sure that all managers/ coaches/
assistants are up to date with their first aid, safeguarding and
CRC checks and also booking courses when needed with Hunts
FA to help/improve our team officials’ quals so that we can
help the players progress and develop their skills. A full hando-
ver/training will be given.
Managers Representative
The role includes being the first port of call for managers’ que-
ries/issues in the hope they can be resolved before reaching
the Chairman or Secretary! You would be free to expand it as
you see fit - perhaps organising managers’ coaching sessions to
discuss training methods/drills etc.
