Notice of Public Meeting
The Village Hall Trustees give notice of a
PUBLIC MEETING

p.m. on
Friday 16

February 2018
The Trustees have instructed Allen Pyke Associates, Landscape
Architects of Cambridge to draw up plans for the replacement
of the existing storage units on the Playing Fields and improv-
ing the facilities available to the people of Buckden on and
around the Fields.
The Trustees seek the views and ideas of those living in the
village as to what improvements and additional facilities peo-
ple would like to see and will be holding a Public Meeting for
this purpose.
The meeting is open to everyone, of all ages, living in the vil-
lage. A representative of Allen Pyke will be present to offer
thoughts and suggestions and to take on board your ideas
before they draw up any plans. This is your opportunity to
help shape the village and how the Playing Fields may develop
over the coming years. Please come and bring your ideas.
Once plans have been finalised, the Trustees intend to seek
grant funding to turn the plans into reality.

ing.

Jordans Mill and Biggleswade Retail
park. Leave 10am return about 4pm.
For those coming on holiday in May the balance of £305 is
due beginning of March please.

Also look out for fund raising activities in March and April at
St Mary's church Buckden as we are raising funds for real hair
wigs for children with cancer.
