Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme
Huntingdon Group January 2018
There will be healthwalks on each of the four February
Wednesdays at 2pm, and one on each of the four Fridays at
10am. Own exercise-pace walking for 45 to 85 minutes,
trained leader-guides, and good company, available twice a
week. The walk on the 7th is from the Village Hall car
park. Information about all the month's walks can be found
via the contact details below.
Please wear suitably sturdy footwear and warm/waterproof
clothing and carry a small bottle of drinking water to avoid
dehydration. An optional cup of tea/coffee is usually availa-
ble afterwards. The benefits of this healthy, fun activity are
yours to share. A voluntary donation to the mainly Council-
funded scheme would be welcomed, but there is no charge-
per-
walk.

We are a social group of retired ladies who meet fortnightly
at 2.30pm in the Millard Room at Buckden Village Hall.
We enjoy a cup of tea as we chat and participate in a raffle.
Once a month we aim to organise a speaker or activity.
