June 2014
Advanced notification to all clubs and businesses:
Calling all clubs and businesses in Buckden and surrounding areas, last year’s Buckden Village Festival
was a great success with all stalls fully booked early on; we expect the same to occur for 2014, to guar-
antee a place to showcase your club or business you will be required to have registered your details by
March.
As a reminder Buckden Village Festival is one of Buckden’s most important dates for 2014. No one will
want to miss out on our superhero themed, carnival inspired parade around the village, which upon arriv-
ing at the park will continue with the fun with many stalls, including foods from around the world, local
clubs, businesses and sporting activities with a full timetable to keep all busy for the afternoon.
If you are interested in having a stall or running an activity on the Festival afternoon, please contact: Na-
than Cook on 01480 819355
For event queries and taking part in the parade, volunteering, or if you have suggestions for the week-
end, please contact Philip Miles on 01480 810027
