Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme
Huntingdon Group December 2018
With almost 30 different walks available, the Huntingdon group
marches on! On Wednesdays at 2pm and on Fridays at 10am,
excluding public holidays, we follow trained leaders for about
an hour. However, this December, there will be five
healthwalks only, including one on Friday the 7th from the
Buckden Village Hall. For details, please see below.
A healthwalk will be right for anyone who can maintain his/her
exercise-walking pace for between 45 and 85 minutes. All-
weather clothing and footwear are key, and we recommend
carrying a bottle of drinking water. The scheme includes insur-
ance cover; as it is also subsidised, voluntary contributions are
welcome. Meeting points are usually near refreshment areas.
The first 2019 healthwalk will be on Friday January 4th.

MONDAY CLUB
We are a social group of retired ladies who meet fortnightly
at 2.30pm in the Millard Room at Buckden Village Hall.
We enjoy a cup of tea as we chat and participate in a raffle.
Once a month we aim to organise a speaker or activity.
