Buckden Roundabout

2017

Chairman of Buckden Parish Council

I have recently resigned as Chairman of Buckden Parish Council after 8 years at the helm. I would like to thank all the councillors

who have served during that time and who have been unfailingly supportive and hard working. Councillors give a great deal of

their time to serve the community and I am very grateful for their commitment. I would especially like to thank John Chase, our

Clerk, for his dedication and efficiency throughout the time of my chairmanship.

Finally, I would like to wish good luck to the new Parish Council Chairman, Ian Carter, who I know will do a tremendous job.

Fiona Shirley, out-going Chairman of Buckden Parish Council, May 2017
