July 2017

For your diary

Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme

Huntingdon Group July 2017

There are 8 Wednesday-afternoon/Friday-morning health walks

in July, although none of them starts in the village this month.

Health walks are of 45-80 minutes' duration. You walk at your

own pace but with the added benefits of being in the company

of other walkers and trained walk leaders, who can also supply

you with our brochure..

There's no guarantee of good weather, so walkers are advised

to wear weather-proof clothes and sturdy shoes, and to carry a

bottle of water.

After the walk, there's usually a cup of tea/coffee available to

enjoy. Walking'n'talking is a very therapeutic, friendly and `fun'

activity -- it would be great if you could join us.

For further information, please check out

www.huntingdonshire.gov.uk/healthwalks, or feel free to tele-

phone Danielle Sancaster on 01480 387047
