I am pleased to report that July is another busy month for us at the Hall with both private and corporate book-

ings. We also looking forward to the Village Festival on 4

July (and are hoping for nicer weather than last

year!!) and also Buckfest on 18

July both taking place on the playing field!

Positive Feedback

We have had some lovely positive feedback with regards to our Hall this month from several hirers, comment-

ing on the fresh and clean feeling compared to other village halls and also how lovely the Hall looks when set

up. These comments are much appreciated and many thanks go to John, our caretaker, and Elaine, our

cleaner, who help it to stay this way. We really do have a great facility here in the village for us all to use,

whether for a one-off party or something more long-term. Please call or email me to find out more.

Rightstart Exercise Classes

These chair-based classes started last month with a fantastic turnout and are continuing during July. They run

on Mondays in the Millard Suite from 1:30pm til 2:30pm. Standing alternatives are available for people who

wish to increase their strength and stamina. If anyone requires transport please contact Friends In Deed on

07914 669967.

5-a-side area

The recently fenced-in 5-a-side area is open

for all to use

so please feel free to use it!

How you can help our charity

Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you

Calling all Roundabout distributors and regular contributors

Ian and the Roundabout team would like to invite all distributors and those who contribute regularly on

behalf of clubs and societies to a Summer Social on Wednesday 29th July 2015. The event will be held

in the Friends of Buckden Towers Refectory and the adjacent Knot Garden between 6.30 pm and 8.30

pm.

We will be delighted to see you there, to thank you all for your support and to discuss future ideas for

Roundabout.
