Producing the January edition of Buckden

Roundabout is always a somewhat strange ex-

perience! We are trying to act as if Xmas is all

over and the New Year is here - but this edition

should be with you before Christmas!

Congratulations to all those involved in the or-

ganising of the Christmas market and the lights

switch on - despite the slight hitch when Rever-

end Jes Salt depressed the plunger! It was

great to see so many people out and about - the

lovely weather undoubtedly helped with that!

The variety of stalls was a pleasure to see, as

was the involvement of so many village organi-

sations.

Given that this is the last issue that will be deliv-

ered before Xmas (hopefully!) the Buckden

Roundabout team would like to wish all our

readers, distributors, contributors and advertis-

ers and

Very Merry Christmas and a Happy

New Year!

taken by a Buckden resident - Peter Sharpe. Many

thanks to Peter for letting us use this image.

We are always looking for photos, images, drawings

and paintings to use on the front cover so please

keep sending them in. In particular we are looking

for photos of winter. Please note that photos should

ideally be portrait and be 2400x1700 pixels for use

on the cover
