BUCKDEN JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUB
BJFC is a Charter Standard club, comprising 7 teams from Under 5/6 to Under 13. The U5/6 ‘Dribblers’ conduct
training only; the U7 Eagles, U8 Vultures, U9 Buzzards, U10 Harriers and U10 Condors participate in the Hunts
Mini-Soccer League; the U13 Falcons participate in the Hunts Youth League. The U7s to U13s also take part in
various Cup matches as well as friendlies.

Buckden U5/6 Dribblers train on Saturdays. Sessions commence at 8:45AM at Buckden sports field and cost

New Buckden U12 Team Next Season (Sept 2015)
BJFC also hopes to form a new U12 mixed (boys and girls) team next season. At the mo, 5 players for this poten-
tial team are training with our current U13 Falcons. The new U12s will play 9v9 in the 2015-16 Hunts Youth
League season and require 6 or so additional players. If your offspring is interested in playing for the new U12s
(players need to be aged 10 or 11 by 31 Aug 15) and/or any parents are interested in assisting with the running of
the team please contact Kevin Wager (01480 496679 / 07771 665090 As we are
now into our winter training schedule, there will be a charge of £2 per player per week towards the cost of astro-
turf pitch hire. Costs of appropriate courses/qualifications for managers/assistants would be covered by BJFC.
Buckden U13 Falcons Need Players!
Buckden Falcons would like to recruit players (boys or girls) for its U13 team for the continuing 2014-15 season
(players need to be aged 11 or 12 by 31 Aug 14). The team plays 9v9 in the Hunts Youth League on Saturdays
and trains on Monday and Wednesday evenings (on astro turf during the winter). If you are interested in joining
the team or know of any other players who would wish to do so please contact:

Buckden Ladies Football Club
Buckden is well known to have a thriving association with Football centred from the great facilities at the Milleni-
um Field; from U5 Dribblers all the way to over (well over) 35 year old Vets, but we don’t have a Ladies Team!
If you are over 18, and interested in getting involved with this start-up initiative please contact Simon Johnson at

2015/16 season; but we have to start NOW. We only need a nucleus of 7 or 8 players to start training and get
this going, so dig in, spread the word and get in contact.
