Editorial
The first meeting of the new Group that is to take
over production of the Roundabout from me took
place on Friday 6 September. I was not present
but rather spent nearly an hour sitting
uncomfortably in my dentist’s chair. I believe
that the new team will be shadowing production
of the December 2013 Edition of the Roundabout
and will then take over completely for the
production of the January 2014 Edition.
You will notice this month that I have introduced
a new advertising page containing “Dining and
Entertainment” advertisements. This is in
response to the increased advertising space
requested by the establishments concerned. In
the remainder of the advertising pages you may
notice that some advertisements have
disappeared to be replaced by new ones. I
would like to place on record my thanks to the
advertisers who have left us and to welcome the
new ones.
Next month there will not be an editorial piece
since its space is being used for an extended
description of the photographs that will appear on
the front cover.
