It finally feels like Spring has sprung; the weath-
er is beautiful outside as I sit and type this intro-
duction. (Not that I can check the temperature
as Buckden has disappeared from my BBC
Weather app!)
Included with this edition, as a pull-out in the
centre pages, is the Annual report from Buck-
den Parish Council. Please take the opportunity
to read this and see what has been achieved in
the last financial year.
Buckden has at least 2 charity balls to attend
this summer; please see further details opposite
(Buckden Lions) and on page 11 (FOBT).
Please show your support and have a fun even-
ing at the same time!
One final note; the collection times from post
boxes have been changed in the village. Lucks
Lane is now collected at 9AM with the latest col-
lection being the Post Office at 4PM. Thanks to
Carol Alexander for pointing this out.
