Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme
February 2020
Trained walk leaders will lead eight different health walks this
month from the thirty-or-so assigned to the group. The walks
are on Wednesdays at 2pm and Fridays at 10am. On Wednes-
day 18th March, we shall meet outside the Village Hall for the
Diddington Doddle. There are toilet and refreshment facilities
available at the Hall, as with most other health walk ven-
ues. For more information, please see below.
Health walks will suit anyone able to maintain an exercise-
walking pace for an hour-or-so. There are also 20-30-minute
walks from the Buckden GP Surgery on Thursdays from 10am.
Suitable clothing/footwear plus a small bottle of drinking water
are key accessories.
