January 2018

Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme

Huntingdon Group January 2018

Time to blow away the cobwebs! Make a New Year Resolu-

tion to take the health-walk plunge, featuring fresh air and

own exercise-pace walking for 45 to 80 minutes, on

Wednesdays from 2pm, and on Fridays from 10am!

This month, there are 9 walks (please see below), all differ-

ent, all risk-assessed, insured, and all guided by trained lead-

ers. In winter, please wear suitably sturdy footwear and

warm/waterproof clothing, carrying a small bottle of drink-

ing water will avoid dehydration. An optional after-walk cup

of tea/coffee is usually available.

Do hope you will join us and enjoy and share the benefits of

this healthy, fun hobby. An optional yearly donation would

be welcomed, but there is no charge-per-walk.

Please check www.huntingdonshire.gov.uk/healthwalks for

details, or `phone Danielle Sancaster on 01480 387047.
