The cover photo this month is by Peter Sharpe and shows
Diddington church. As ever, we are very grateful.
We are always looking for photos, images, drawings and
paintings to use on the front cover so please keep sending
them in. In particular we are looking for photos with a winter
theme. Please note that photos should ideally be in portrait
format and should be a
minimum
of 2400 x 1700 pixels.
More is better!
All advertisements and non-advertising material are printed in

Happy New Year, and welcome to the February edition of the Roundabout. It’s a new year and it heralds a new, re-
freshed look for the Roundabout. We are always seeking ways to improve the magazine, and your editorial team
decided that it was time for a make-over. The changes are modest, but we think they are an improvement. As ever,
we’d be delighted to hear what you think.
We are anxious to publish more general interest articles in the magazine, particularly those written by our readers,
so please sharpen your pencils, and send us your input. We are particularly looking for articles with a Buckden
theme, or articles written by our readers that have a more general interest.
This is a plea for copy for the March edition to be submitted well in advance of the deadline of 10th February.
The
way the dates fall in February means that we have a very compressed production schedule—in fact if you look at the
dates below, you’ll see that the copy deadline date is the same as the proof-reading date!
Please remember to visit the website. There are often articles there that we could not fit into the print edition, as
