Special/New Events this month
‘Honeycomb’: a group of and for those who have been
bereaved. The group will meet on the 1st Sunday each
month at 3pm in St Mary’s Living Stones Room.
Christmas Coffee Morning - 4th December at 10am at
Buckden Village Hall – stalls, raffle, seasonal gifts, re-
freshments…
Christmas Carol Concert – Friday 6 th December at
8pm in All Saints, Offord with Cottenham Brass.
The knitted Nativity sets will be making their way
around the village during December and early January.
If you would like to ‘host’ a set for a night or two, please
contact Anne Carter.
Regular Groups and Events
Need some peace? You are welcome to use the Quiet
Room at the back of the church.
Prayers are said on weekdays at midday. Prayer re-
quests may be sent to Revd Ally or left in church.
More tea vicar? Revd Ally (or a member of the ministry
team if she’s not around) will be in Church on Wednes-
days 10-11am if you want to drop in for a confidential
chat about anything.
Living Stones Café: Wednesday 4th December (and on
the first Wednesday each month), 2.30pm – 4pm in St
Mary’s Living Stones Room. All are welcome to drop in
for tea/coffee/cakes.
Coffee & Cakes: Every Saturday, 10.45-noon) in St
Mary’s Living Stones Room. For more details or to

‘Angel Voices’ gospel choir will rehearse in St Mary’s
on Friday 13th & 20 th December at 6.45pm. Contact

Foundations Group meets on Monday 2nd and 16th
December, 1.30-3pm in the Vicarage, for informal and
supportive exploration of what we believe and why.
The Churches Together Study Lunch meets on 9th
November and on the second Monday each month at
12.30pm in the Methodist Hall for delicious soup and
bread, and discussion.
The Bible Study Group will not meet in December; we
will next meet on Monday 27th January, 1.30-3pm in the
Vicarage.
New members are always welcome
at these groups and events.
