For example, Buckden Gardeners, Buckden Learning Group, The Buckden Local History Society, the Buck- den Wine and Beer Makers and many more are holding their first meeting for over a year within the next month. In addi- tion, weekly church services are returning, and St Mary ’ s Church is again open every day. It ’ s all wonderful to see. If you run or are involved in a club or organisation that is about to meet again for the first time since lockdown, don ’ t forget to update the notice in the Roundabout—just e - mail the Editor at editor@buckdenroundabout.info. We continue our new regular feature on Buckden businesses on page 13. The focus this month is on Syrupp, the hairdress- ers in Church Street. If you run a business in Buckden serving the residents of Buckden, and you would like to see your busi- ness featured, contact the editor. There is no charge to ap- pear in our Support Buckden businesses feature. However if you run a Buckden business, please consider supporting the Roundabout by advertising in it. Without advertising revenue, there would be no local magazine. Terry Hayward ’ s engaging history of the Parish Council arrives at the Millennium this month, with the building of the new Village Hall which has been such a boon to the residents of the village—it ’ s on page 14.
