References can be provided on request This month ’ s cover The cover this month was provided by one of the local Pod Painters, Lorna Brown. The Pod Painters are a group of painters who missed their weekly art group during lockdown, and decided to paint outdoors where they could socially distance. When the weather deteriorated they bought themselves one - person pods which gave them protection from the wind and rain. They have continued to meet or Zoom reg- ularly throughout the past year and a half and have com- pleted enough work to put on their own exhibition, on the 26th of September at Grafham Village Hall. We encourage people to submit photos and paintings for the Roundabout cover, and we are particularly keen to get paintings of local scenes. Either send us photos of your paintings or contact us and we can arrange to take high quality photographs of the works. If you are sending in photos of local scenes, remember we prefer portrait format, so it fits on the cover, and the photograph needs to be a minimum of 2400 x 1700 pixels (typically about 3MB JPEG) in order to be sharp on the A4 cover.
