FOR YOUR DIARY

MONDAY CLUB

We are a social group of retired ladies who meet

fortnightly at 2.30pm in the Millard Room at Buck-

den Village Hall.

We enjoy a cup of tea as we chat and participate in

a raffle. Once a month we aim to organise a speak-

er or activity.

Our meetings for

Huntingdonshire Health Walk Scheme

Huntingdon Group June 2016

There are nine different walks to choose from this

month: one of them starts at the Village Hall Car Park

on Wednesday the 8th at 2pm sharp - the 'Diddington

Doddle'.

On Wednesday the 29th at 2pm, a new walk from

Houghton Mill Car Park, the `Hemingford Meadow'

walk, will feature, and on Friday the 3rd at 10am, it

may be the last chance this year to see the Port

Holme SSSI in full bloom walking our

`Meadow Meander' from the Godmanchester Nurse-

ry.

New walkers will be offered our pocket-size brochure,

plus ID and Incentive cards. The walks last about an

hour, whenever it suits you, boosting health... and

happiness too, we believe! Newcomers, welcome!

FOLLOWED BY A STRAWBERRY CREAM TEA

SUNDAY, 5TH JUNE AT 3.00 P.M.

You are invited to join us for a lovely summer’s af-

ternoon Concert given by The Aragon Singers of

Buckden and followed by a Strawberry Cream Tea

in the beautiful setting of St. Laurence's Church,

Diddington. Entry to the event will cost £7.50

(children £5.00) and will be payable on the door.

Please come along and join us for what promises to

be a lovely afternoon and help our Church finances

along at the same time. There will also be a raffle

during the afternoon.
