Welcome to the August edition of the Buckden
Roundabout. I want to start by thanking you all
for the continued positive comments we receive
regarding the magazine. It is heartening to hear
so many of you say how much you enjoy both
the look and the content.
I am writing this just after the 2 big events of the
summer for Buckden; the Village Festival and
Buckfest. The Buckden Village Festival was a
great day, blessed by perfect weather. There
are some fantastic pictures from the day on the
centre pages, and even more on the Rounda-
bout Website.
Buckfest is an event that is going from strength
to strength, and this year saw even more music
with an additional stage (inside Buckden Village
Club). The success of Buckfest is highlighted by
all the available tickets being sold 10 days in
advance of the event!
Please remember to visit the website. There are
often articles there that we could not fit into the
print edition, as well as information that arrives
