19 Buckden Roundabout November 2024 Threee Rooms Threee Rooms is the realisation of a dream that I have had for many years - A place to Enrich, Enhance, Exhale. The three rooms each have a very different purpose, but share a common thread of wellness. One to meditate or move, alone or as a group. One to indulge your body and soul with beautiful holistic therapies and the other to come together to learn, laugh and connect. I am a qualified holistic Beauty Therapist, Reiki practitioner and Meditation facilitator and am passionate about living gently. My bespoke natural skin therapies have been honed over 33 years of experience and learning. They are a combination of rituals and recipes unlike anything else you would have experienced. They are totally indulgent, lux- urious and 100% natural. I do not work with any branded products as everything is hand blended specifically for each individual's requirements. These are not products from a chemistry lab, they are from Mother Nature. A full list of my treatments are available to view on our website. I will also be holding guided mediations each morning in our beautiful studio. This is the most peaceful space to start your day with 20 minutes of 'me time' followed with a drink and light breakfast. If you want to be a part of the 7 o'clock club or the post school drop of group at 8.45am please contact me as places are limited and going fast. These sessions can be purchased as a one off taster, but our membership options on the website may work better if you are looking to benefit from regular practice. I am so excited that I also get to share this space with other holistic practitioners, from massage therapists, reflexol- ogists, yoga teachers and breathwork facilitators. We are currently working on an itiner- ary of workshops covering subjects from art, interior design, needle crafts and making your own natural skin care. I am also working on fully catered packages that could be a beautiful option for a birthday gathering or part of a hen weekend.
