We are looking for more photos and paintings of any kind that we could use as a front cover. We especially need photos and paintings of autumn and winter scenes and of events in the village. Please note that photos should ideally be in portrait format and should be a minimum of 2400 x 1700 pixels. More is better! After what seemed to be a mild, dry Christmas period the time since Twelfth Night has been anything but, apart from the odd period respite! Like a lot of folk I know, I have had the dreaded lurgy for a couple of weeks now and cannot seem to shift it! It is slowly starting to clear and I can nearly manage a whole night with- out a coughing fit! I feel for anyone who has had similar expe- riences over the Christmas period and New Year. This magazine depends on the content provided to us. We are always looking for contributors who have something of inter- est or relevance to the village to say, and welcome all submis- sions. We are always willing to support local clubs and socie- ties by providing information re what they do and how to par- ticipate. If you have an idea for an article, want to submit an article for publication or want to support and promote the club or socie- ty that you are part of, please do contact us using the editor email address that can be found below. We have recently approached both our County Councillor and our MP to try and get regular updates as we do from our Dis- trict Councillor. A quick final note to all contributors. Please note the turna- round time for the production of the magazine for March is very tight. There is only 1 day between submissions deadline and proofreading, and then only 3 days before we go to print. Whilst we try and be flexible with submissions after the dead- line, it simply will not be possible for the March edition. Please remember to visit the Roundabout website. As well as every edition from 2013 onwards available to see, there are often articles there that we could not fit into the print edition, as well as information that arrives during the month.
