A Board of voluntary trustees manages these Alms- houses. We now have a vacancy for a new trustee to be appointed from early 2024, to contribute to the run- ning of this valuable village asset. The Board meets rou- tinely four times a year, and occasionally more fre- quently to decide on immediate matters. Registered Charity Number 1194471 Singers in Perry In recent years Perry has been pleased to invite well known singers to come to the church for the benefit of the wider community. In the past the church has invit- ed singers who have performed with such groups as ELO, Manfred Mann, and Hermans Hermits. They have not only sung but also spoken openly about the deep issues of their lives and how they came through them all. This policy is continuing as we come into the New Year and as the time approaches more details will be revealed. The next evening of this nature will be in April.
